Once you have browsed our ‘Ready To Go’ options contact us by utilising our enquiry form which can be found under the ‘Get In Touch’ section of our website.

We will then contact you to confirm the venue, access and the size of the land to which you want your marquee to be located. There may be a requirement for us to undertake a visit to the location before agreeing to accept your booking. There is no additional charge for this visit.

Once the booking is confirmed we will send you confirmation of the layout and a list of all items included in your package. Your package could be a standard ‘Ready To Go’ option, or the package could be a combination of ‘Ready To Go’ and Bespoke Extras.

If we are unable to provide you with the finer details of the items you may require for your event, then we are confident our ‘Partner Services’ section of our website will provide you with the assistance you require.

  • Why do you need do a site visit?
    A site visit gives us the opportunity to assess the site and ascertain your thoughts on where the marquee should be situated. It also allows us to discuss options and layout with you.
  • Does delivery include marquee set-up and delivery of Furniture?
    Yes, delivery includes marquee set-up and general layout of furniture.
  • Will you notify me of delivery day and time?
    Yes, you will be notified of delivery day and time a week before scheduled delivery.
  • Do you provide direction signage?
    No, we do not provide signage.
  • Do you provide table linen?
    No. This is normally arranged by your caterer.
  • Are you able to provide a glitter ball over the dance floor?
    No. but we can provide fairy lighting in ceiling of marquee
  • Do you provide a bar?
    No. A bar company or caterer can organise this for you
  • Your marquee payment terms require a second deposit of 30%, will you invoice me when this is due?
    Yes, we will send an invoice to you, mid-way between receipt of the 20% deposit and the date payment of the balance becomes due.
